Day 1 of waking up early tomorrow.

BY THE POWER OF CAFFEINE AND EARLY MORNING JOGS,

I WILL GET INTO THE HABIT OF SLEEPING LIKE AN ADULT AGAIN.

No more sleeping for 13 hours and being moody.

MY COFFEE POT WILL STOP COLLECTING DUST.

I will feel refreshed and ready for the day. (After a shower of course)

My alarms will ring earlier than 10:30 am.

This man is such an inspiration to me. I have always based what success was through my parents. That I had to go to college, to get a job, buy a house and live a simple life. I forgot about my art and now I want to start striving towards that goal, that mountain once again.

So, next time we have a shindig, I am making these cake batter martinis.

Inspiration!

I’m stronger than I think…

I didn’t give in. I kept eating and I didn’t go to that dark place where I hate myself and punish myself for enjoying food. I woke up this morning and ate without guilt. My mom’s voice didn’t creep up and neither did the urge to destroy all my progress. I’m going to make Mr. Bear and myself a delicious dinner, not caring what calories are in it and how many I will need to burn off.
I am going to focus on my yoga and slowly running again. Not because I hate how I look, but because my lungs and heart need the exercise so I can stay strong. The yoga is for my anxiety and my old injuries. This isn’t about my self hatred anymore, it is about learning to love what I got like the people around me do.
